Paula helped our family close on our dream home with everything the four of us wanted. In a crazy market where we were outbid and lost to cash offers Paula was always encouraging and stayed positive assuring us that the perfect home will come punctual and always available to show a property we were interested she never pushed or pressured and it finally happed (5 months later) but she was right it was perfect. After the offer was excepted Paula's customer service kicked into overdrive. Not once was I asking what the next step was she was already there informing us what it was and setting up the necessary appointments to make it happen.
